Spicy Sheek Kebabs
Lamb Mince - 500 g
Black cardomons - 2
Black peppercorns - 10g
Cinnamon powder - 2.5g
Cloves - 2
Cumin seeds - 5g
Fresh ground garlic - 15g
Fresh ground ginger - 15g |
Mace - 3g
Ground bullet chillis - 15g
Large spanish onion - 1
Olive oil - 15ml
Raw papaya paste -15g
Red chilli powder - 7g
Salt - 5g
Natural yoghurt - 30ml
|
1 - Add lamb, garlic, ginger and chili in a blender & make a smooth paste. Mix in the ground spices.
2 - Divide the mixture into 20 equal portions and shape into sausages.
3 - Apply oil to skewers and push the oiled skewer through each one and shape the meat to a thin, round strip about 3 in long.
4 - Rest these skewers on tray (alluminium tray) in a preheated grill and grill until golden brown on all sides, turning occasionally. |
